Kristin lives in Oceanside, California, with her husband and her daughter. She works primarily in the San Diego area and occasionally travels on assignment.

I am a photographer who is well versed in a wide variety of styles, and retouching/effects in Photoshop. I am available for sessions as your needs dictate. I am comfortable with large and small animals alike! I specialize in creative pet portraiture. My many years of animal experience give me a unique perspective on animal photography and I am able to capture the animal’s “personality” better than most.

I am also photograph portraits, including family, couple, maternity, infant, headshots etc. I welcome questions/comments!

I am 29 years old. I grew up near Sacramento and moved to San Diego to attend the University of California. When I graduated, I went on to law school. I enjoyed the experience and wouldn’t give up the education, but practicing law is just not for me. I was involved in a car crash near the end of 2006. Because of that crash, they did a cat scan that discovered an aneurysm and saved my life. Four brain surgeries (and several setbacks) later, I am alive and well and very thankful. I have wanted to share my work for a long time and I decided that there is no time better than today!
